Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how we handle personal data on bizfy.net. It applies only to this website. Each of our brands has its own privacy policy on its own website.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Pedro Miguel Nogueira, empresário em nome individual, trading as BizFy, NIF PT242210473, Rua Alfredo Franco, n.º 8, 4D, 1800-391 Lisboa, Portugal. For any privacy question, write to hello@bizfy.net. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you give us:
- your name and email address;
- your company, if you choose to give it;
- the subject and content of your message.
To protect the form from abuse, we also process your IP address for a short time (see “Security” below).
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry. This is necessary to take steps you have asked for before any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where no agreement is in view, our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep the website and the form secure. Our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and our correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless it leads to a business relationship or we are required by law to keep it for longer.
Who else processes it
We do not sell or share your details. The following providers process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
- Namecheap, Inc. — website hosting. The form is processed on this server.
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Workspace, our email service. Your message is delivered to our mailbox and kept there.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits to this website without cookies and without identifying you (see “Website statistics” below); and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a person and not by an automated program. It processes technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose only.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). To limit abuse, our server keeps a one-way hashed record of the IP address of each submission for up to one hour.
Website statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit this website and which pages they read. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not create a profile of you and does not follow you across websites. It processes technical information such as the page visited, the referring website, the browser and device type and the country, derived from your IP address, which is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, analytics or social media cookies, and does not track you. Fonts are served from our own server. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to perform its security check; it is not used to track you across websites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@bizfy.net. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
